In 2022, I spent nearly two months in Indio, California, where I successfully orchestrated captivating brand activations for high-profile clients including Ray-Ban, Amazon Music, Frito Lay, and Robert Mondavi, elevating their presence at world-renowned festivals like Coachella and Stagecoach. Immersed in the heart of the action, I led the meticulous planning, coordination, and execution of load-in/load-out processes, as well as the construction and assembly of sponsor activations, ensuring flawless execution and an unforgettable attendee experience.
Managing a team of 40 crew members, I oversaw event day operations focused on sponsor activations, guaranteeing seamless execution while upholding the highest standards of quality and professionalism. With a strong commitment to excellence, I curated exceptional hospitality experiences for sponsors, fostering meaningful relationships and ensuring their festival experiences were memorable and impactful.

SoundExchange x Broccoli City Music Festival
In 2024, I pitched and secured a brand partnership between SoundExchange, Women in Music DC Chapter, and Broccoli City for the Breakthrough Women in Music & Media Dinner—an event honoring women making an impact in entertainment. The dinner welcomed over 50 distinguished guests and received national recognition, being featured in both Forbes and Essence. As part of the evening, I had the honor of presenting an award and delivering a speech about the work we do at SoundExchange to champion and empower creators.
Washington Commanders
For the 2023-2024 season, As a Game Day Activation Specialist for the Washington Commanders’ partnership marketing team, I supported key partnership initiatives and ensured seamless operations on game days and special events. I assisted with partner check-ins during training camps and managed the VIP check-in process for Merrill/Bank of America during preseason events. I played a key role in building and executing the Legends Plaza activation for the home opener, ensuring it was engaging and visually appealing to attendees. Additionally, I distributed credentials for Commanders' partners, ensuring they had proper access to all events and activities. I also interacted directly with executives from our brand partners, providing exceptional service and ensuring their needs were met, contributing to a smooth and memorable experience for all involved.
